OFFICE MANAGER POSITION
The Geographical Society of Philadelphia is currently seeking a part-time Office Manager who will support the Executive Director and the Board of Directors with daily operations of the non-profit organization.
Job responsibilities include general office management, processing ticket orders for Society programs, handling the mail and phone calls, tracking the budget of income and expenses, creating reports, attending Board meetings, and assisting with event planning and at events. Assistance with development and educational activities is also needed and experience in these areas is desirable.
Requirements include a college education, office experience, good interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, flexible time and ability to work from home. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.
