Magellan Circle Starting January 2012 Magellan price is $125 per person and $225 for a couple.   $230 single   $440 double
Explorer Series (all 5 programs)   $75 per person    
General Member (no tickets)   $35 per person

  Explorer Series Program tickets may be purchased as a series or individually. Receive savings if purchased as a  Series or as a Member (See Membership).
 

Individual Ticket prices:
$18.00   Non-members   $15.00   GSP members
$7.50   Students (22 years of age or younger with ID)
 

Tickets can be purchased one hour before each show.

 

Matinee tickets are sold at the Logan Circle door of The Academy of Natural Sciences. In the evening, tickets are sold at the 19th & Cherry Street entrance of the Academy.

 

Group rate (10 or more people). Group arrangements include one additional complimentary ticket.

 

Home-schooling families may attend programs at reduced prices. Tickets are $7.50 per person for both students and adults.

Location and Transportation

The Academy of Natural Sciences is on Logan Circle at 19th St. and Benjamin Franklin Parkway, next to the Four Seasons Hotel. It is a short walk from Rittenhouse Square, Comcast Center and Suburban Station. The Center City PHLASH bus and SEPTA routes 32, 33, 38 and 76 serve Logan Circle. Driving times are about 20 minutes from Bryn Mawr, Chestnut Hill, or Haddonfield to the nearby Vine St. Expressway exit.

 

 

Excellent Parking

Street parking is FREE on Wednesdays after 5:00pm (except on posted rush hour streets, where they are free after 6:30). Adjacent lots and garages have reduced evening rates.

 

 

Convenient Dining Before the Show

Restaurants near the Academy of Natural Sciences include Asia on the Parkway, the Four Seasons Hotel, TGI Friday's, Mace's Crossing, Mexican Post, Public House, and Mission Grill. The Academy's Ecology Cafe is open for lunch - show your ticket for a 10% discount in the Cafe.
