Event Series

Our event series are held periodically during the season and are a great way to meet other explorers for socializing, networking, sharing, and learning. Check back often for updates!

Marco Polo Networking Nights showcase the visual splendor of travel through photography. Photos for the evening are courtesy our members and friends sharing their trips and memories. The evening always includes a presentation by our host, Tom Tauber, whose renowned travel-photography is truly a sight to see! The evening includes a meal.

Travel Junkies events focus on the thrill of travel, with fast-paced sharing of stories and pictures. The evenings presentations are open to all who have photos on a thumb drive. These are informal events, geared toward socializing, and generally held in a bar.

Border Crossings are conversations geared toward topical interests and current events. We strive to bring individuals with unique perspectives and intimate knowledge of a people, place, or event that is in the news. These conversations are geared toward cultural understanding and sharing.
